Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through the Scrapeer platform, operated by Intuitive Systems Novesia UG (haftungsbeschränkt). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email to support@scrapeer.com ) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We shall use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal.
Important: Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once we have fully provided the service, provided you gave your prior express consent for the service to begin before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right upon full performance.

Voluntary Refund Policy
In addition to your statutory withdrawal right, we offer the following voluntary refund policy.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of any payment. If you are not satisfied with Scrapeer for any reason, contact us and we will process your refund. This 30-day window exceeds the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Credits
Scrapeer subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you run automations in the cloud. If a refund is issued, any remaining credits associated with the refunded payment will be reversed.
6. Paddle Checkout Terms
Your purchase is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your payment is also subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern the transaction between you and Paddle.
7. Disputes
If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact us at support@scrapeer.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you via email.
