Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for paid Scrapeer subscriptions. It also covers one-time credit purchases and optional paid infrastructure features, such as proxy traffic if offered, which are non-refundable once delivered, allocated, or used except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where this policy says otherwise. Scrapeer is operated by Intuitive Systems Novesia UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Payments, invoices, taxes, and payment refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. If Paddle's buyer terms, Paddle's refund policy, or applicable law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Your purchase is completed with Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your transaction is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
To request a refund, cancel a subscription, or exercise a statutory withdrawal right, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, visit paddle.net, or contact us at support@scrapeer.com . If you contact us directly, we will help route the request, but Paddle may need to process the payment-side refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings, through Paddle's subscription management flow, or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the paid plan until that date, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as receiving a refund. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law or unless a refund is approved under this policy.
3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another country with statutory withdrawal rights for digital services, you may have a right to withdraw from eligible transactions within the period required by law. Paddle's refund policy explains how those rights are handled for transactions processed by Paddle.
For EU and EEA consumers, the statutory withdrawal right generally applies to eligible first purchases and certain eligible digital service contracts. It may not apply, or may be reduced, once you start using or benefiting from the digital service during the withdrawal period after giving any legally required consent to immediate access. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
If you buy Scrapeer for a business, trade, craft, or profession, statutory consumer withdrawal rights usually do not apply.
4. Voluntary Refunds
We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee for every payment. Outside mandatory consumer rights, voluntary refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
- We may support a refund for an accidental duplicate charge, an obvious billing error, or a first subscription purchase where the account has not materially used paid features or Cloud credits.
- We may support a refund where a persistent technical issue caused by Scrapeer prevents access to the paid product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- We usually do not refund renewal payments after continued access, unused time after ordinary cancellation, delivered or allocated credit purchases, consumed Cloud credits, optional paid infrastructure features, proxy or infrastructure usage, or accounts suspended for abuse or Terms violations.
Voluntary refund requests should be made as soon as possible, and normally within 14 days of the charge. Later requests may still be considered for billing errors, product defects, or where required by law.
5. Credits and Cloud Runs
Scrapeer subscriptions include a monthly Cloud credit allowance. You may also buy one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed when you run automations in Scrapeer's cloud or use paid cloud infrastructure features. Credits are not cash, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or paid out.
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered or allocated to your account, except where required by law or where we approve a refund for a duplicate charge, billing error, or material Scrapeer defect. If a subscription payment or credit purchase is refunded, remaining credits associated with that payment may be reversed. Consumed credits are not separately refunded to your payment method unless required by law or unless the consumption was caused by a Scrapeer platform fault. Where a Cloud Run fails because of Scrapeer's infrastructure, we may credit the affected usage back to your Scrapeer account.
6. Optional Paid Infrastructure Features
Optional paid infrastructure features, such as proxy traffic or other third-party cloud resources if offered, may cause external costs as soon as they are provisioned or used. These purchases are non-refundable once delivered, provisioned, allocated, or used, except where required by law or where we approve a refund for a duplicate charge, billing error, or material Scrapeer defect.
7. Effect of an Approved Refund
If a refund is approved for a subscription payment, access to the refunded paid plan ends. Your account may be moved to the Free plan, and paid-plan features such as Scheduling and Cloud Runs may be disabled. Any remaining credits associated with the refunded payment may be reversed.
Refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Paddle and your payment provider.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Paddle or Scrapeer support before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks may lead to temporary suspension of paid access while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
