Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third-party service that processes personal data on our behalf to deliver part of the Scrapeer service. The list below names the sub-processors we currently rely on and what they are used for. We update this page when we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor.
1. AI Sub-processors
When you use Copilot, your prompts and flow metadata are sent to one of the LLM providers below. Which provider is used depends on your data-region setting (EU or global). Secret values and file contents are never sent. None of these providers use your data to train their models.

2. Payment Sub-processors

3. Infrastructure
Our servers, databases, and file storage are hosted with EU-based infrastructure providers. All core account and project data is stored and processed within the EU. Specific provider names are available on request at privacy@scrapeer.com .
4. Proxy Routing
For workflow configurations that opt in to proxy routing, outbound web requests are routed through a third-party proxy provider. The provider receives only connection metadata (target domain, timestamps) and cannot access request or response content. No Scrapeer user personal data (email, name, account information) is transferred to the proxy provider.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Where you choose to connect a third-party account (for example Google Sheets), data flows through that provider's infrastructure under that provider's own terms. We access only the data you explicitly select within your workflows. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
6. Updates to This List
We will update this page when we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. For material changes affecting how Copilot or other features process your data, we will also update our Privacy Policy and notify registered users by email where appropriate.
